These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Just Calendar + Complications ("the App"), an Apple Watch and iOS application developed and published by Mark Gravely ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Just Calendar + Complications brings your calendar to your Apple Watch with date and event complications that work on any watch face, plus timeline and detail views of your schedule. The App reads your existing device calendars to display them; it is available on Apple Watch and iPhone running a supported watchOS / iOS version.
The App requests read access to your calendars solely to display your events and complications on your device. It does not modify, create, or delete calendar events, and it does not transmit your calendar data off your device. You may revoke calendar access at any time via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars.

All purchases are processed by Apple under the standard Apple Media Services Terms. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time via iOS Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions. Restoring previous purchases is available from within the App.
Free features remain accessible without any purchase.
Because Apple is the merchant of record for App Store purchases, all refund requests are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to issue refunds directly.
The App is local-first. Your calendar data and settings stay on your device. We do not operate an account system and do not have a backend that receives your personal data. For details on the limited data flow involved in purchase verification, see our Privacy Policy.
You may not attempt to abuse, automate, scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the App. You may not circumvent or attempt to bypass premium entitlement checks. You may not use the App in any way that violates applicable law.
We may release updates, modify or remove features, change pricing, or discontinue the App at any time. Active subscriptions are not affected by feature removals during the current billing period.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent purchase, if any.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
