If you purchase Claudy and decide it's not right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date — no questions asked. The 30-day window begins on your purchase date, not the start of any trial period.

How to Request a Refund

Because purchases are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record), refunds are handled through Paddle directly:

• Visit Paddle's Buyer Terms for refund instructions
• Alternatively, reply to your purchase receipt email from Paddle and request a refund
• Include your order number and the email address used at checkout

Paddle typically processes refunds within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After 30 Days

After the 30-day window, refunds are issued at our sole discretion. We will generally consider refunds in cases of significant technical issues that we are unable to resolve, or as required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
