These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Lullamb ("the App"), an iOS application developed and published by Mark Gravely ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Lullamb is a baby sleep sound app that plays soothing audio — lullabies, white noise, nature sounds, and more — to help infants and toddlers fall asleep. All sounds work fully offline. No account or sign-in is required.
Certain sounds and features are part of Lullamb Plus and require an active subscription. Lullamb Plus is available as:
All subscriptions are processed by Apple under the standard Apple Media Services Terms. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via iOS Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions.
Free sounds remain accessible without a subscription.
Because Apple is the merchant of record for App Store purchases, all refund requests are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to issue refunds directly.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass subscription entitlement checks in the App. Use of the App must comply with all applicable laws.
We may release updates, modify or remove sounds and features, change pricing, or discontinue the App at any time. Active subscriptions are not affected by feature removals during the current billing period.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Lullamb is an aid for sleep — we make no medical claims and do not guarantee any particular outcome for any child.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent subscription period, if any.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
